Glendell attended Central State University where he graduated with his B.B.A. in 1986. He then attended the University of Tulsa before pursuing his law degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Law in Norman, Oklahoma. There, he was a member of the prestigious Order of the Coif and graduated in 1989 with highest honors. He began his legal career at Crowe & Dunlevy before joining Nix and McIntyre, LLP in 2000. Now, at Maples, Nix & Diesselhorst, Glendell devotes his entire practice to litigation. He is not afraid to take on very large and powerful insurance companies and massive corporations in his pursuit of justice for his clients. Throughout his extensive career, he has successfully obtained numerous substantial verdicts for injured victims across the state.

Glendell is a member and past member of a number of professional organizations, including the Oklahoma Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice Nursing Home Litigation Group, the American Association for Justice Professional Liability Section, and the Litigation Counsel of America, where he is a fellow.

In the past, Glendell has led various seminars and classes designed to increase knowledge on a number of legal topics and issues. He hosted “Adhering to Procedural Guidelines in Filing the Suit and Conducting Discovery” and “Identifying Hospital Corporate Liability and Institutional Negligence” at the National Business Institute in October of 2007 and taught “Ethics in Litigating Nursing Home Negligence Cases” at the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2007. He is also a published author with, “Jurisdiction: Missouri ex rel Wichita Falls General Hospital v. Adolf: Clarifying the Minimum Contracts Standard” in the Oklahoma Law Review, 1998.
